The Mars 2020 Perseverance is the most advanced machine destined for the Red Planet. After years of careful design, building, and testing, the rover is on its way to help us learn more about Mars than ever before.

The rover is set to land on February 18, 2021, when it will begin its journey of studying ancient microbial life. History is invaluable – understanding what has happened guides us toward what is possible. We held these values throughout our time on this project, and we continue this today throughout all of our transformational efforts. Our team can’t wait to keep up with the new knowledge and perspective this vehicle will bring to infinity and beyond… or at least to Mars.
