He has led large competitive pursuits, designed and implemented e-procurement systems, benchmarked product development processes, and architected cloud solutions and new product development tools for clients.
James “Jimmy” Bratsakis
Vice President, Program Planning and Controls (PP&C). Extensive experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies in a broad range of industries, including financial services, construction, manufacturing, energy, government, healthcare, transportation, and others. Jimmy is a certified implementation consultant for Oracle’s P6 (Primavera) and specializes in the integration of cost accounting systems with Oracle’s P6 (Primavera) project management and scheduling software. He is also an Oracle P6 (Primavera) Authorized Trainer for all products (including Primavera, Software Quality Assurance, Software Configuration, and Contract Manager).

Tony has deep expertise in operational excellence and process improvement, human performance, reporting analytics, and strategic execution. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Big Data Analyst. Ten years of experience as a proposal production manager, corporate trainer, and technical writer. Managed the production of proposals for major aerospace & defense and IT programs across multiple industries. BS in Biology and BA in English from Western Washington University.
